摘　　要：目前,医疗器械的采购方式主要有集中采购、委托招标、网上招标、行业招标,自主招标、谈判采购和直接采购等。由于医疗器械涉及的种类繁杂、专业性强、法规多和价格差距大,因此,它们适用的采购方式也各不相同。集中采购或委托招标是高值医疗设备的主要采购方式,自主招标或直接采购可用于一般医疗设备和医用耗材的采购,行业招标适用于高值医用耗材的采购。At present, the main methods for medical devices procurement includes centralized procurement, tendering through a procuratorial agency, tendering organized by regional government, bid assessments by tenderer, purchasing by negotiation and direct purchase. Medium and large sized medical equipment are usually purchased by centralized procurement or tendering, and other medical devices can be purchased by negotiation or directly purchase, while high-valued implantable medical devices can be purchased according to the bidding results organized by regional government.
