摘 要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备了聚甲醛(POM)/热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)和POM/TPU/异氰酸酯预聚物(Z)共混物。采用力学性能测试方法、偏光显微镜(PLM)、傅立叶转换红外线光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等研究了共混物的力学性能、结晶行为及形态结构。结果表明,不同种类TPU增韧的共混物的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率都随TPU含量的增加而增加,TPU(95A)增韧的POM/TPU共混物的刚性较好,TPU(250)增韧的POM/TPU共混物的韧性较好;Z能促进TPU在基体树脂中的均匀分散,增强两相界面的粘结力,并能细化球晶。The blends of polyoxymethylene ( POM )/thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer ( TPU ) and POM/ TPU/isocyanate proplymer (Z) were prepared by using twin-screw extruder. Mechanical properties, crystallizing behavior and morphology were studied through Mechanical Properties Testing Differential Scanning Calorimetry ( DSC ), Polarizing Microscopy (PLM) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The results showed that with the content of TPU increased, the elongation and the notched impact strength of the blends were increased. The stiff- ness of POM/TPU (95A) blends was better than that of POM/TPU (250) blends. The toughness of POM/TPU (250) blends was better than that of POM/TPU(95A) blends. Z played an important role to promote the disper- sion of TPU in POM, enhance adhesion of two phases and decrease the spherocrystal size of POM.
