摘　　要：对 VXI 总线 C 尺寸寄存器基5位半数字多用表模块的关键技术做了介绍,其中提到的方法已成功地应用在我们研制的数字多用表模块中。本文对数字多用表模块的国产化、实用化有参考价值。The technology keys of VXI bus C size register-based 51/2-bit DMM module are introduced in the paper.The methods that are described in the paper have been successfully applied to the DMM module.They can be served as reference for domestication and practicability of DMM module.
