摘 要:通过分离益母草的不同成分,研究了益母草不同提取物对血液粘度的影响。家兔随机分为益母草浸膏组、益母草总生物碱组和益母草其他成分组,以复方丹参片和生理盐水作为对照组,采用灌胃方式给药一周。测试家兔的体外血液粘度值,进行组间对比和统计学分析。结果表明益母草总生物碱能够显著降低家兔的血液粘度(P<0.01),因此益母草降低血液粘度的有效成分是益母草总生物碱。To study the effects of different motherwort extractions on blood viscosity, different components of motherwort were separated. Rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: motherwort extract group, motherwort total alkaloids group and motherwort other ingredients group by compound Danshen tablets and normal sodium as a control group. Rabbits administrated by gavage method were bred a week. Rabbit blood viscosity values were determined and numerical data were compared and analyzed statistically. The results showed that motherwort total alkaloids could significantly reduce rabbit blood viscosity ( P 〈 0.01 ). So wo may make a conclusion that the effective component of motherwort which can lower blood viscosity is its total alkaloids.
