高强度压力容器用钢生产工艺的研制

摘　　要：采用Nb+V复合微合金化、直接淬火+回火工艺,工业性试制了类似07MnCrMoVR压力容器调质高强度用钢的XG62钢板,化学成分和力学性能完全符合GB19189—2003标准要求,其工艺具有推广应用价值。Adopting the process of combined Nb＋V micro-alloying, and direct quenching and tempering, industrial trial-manufacture for quenched and tempered high strength pressure vessel plates grade XG62 which is similar 07MnCrMoVR has been made. The chemical composition and mechanical property totally comply with the requirements of national standard GB19189-2003 and this process is valuable for widely application.
