摘  要:从降低能源介质的消耗和提高回收二次能源入手,诸如转炉煤气实现自产自用,富余煤气并入管网;提高蒸汽利用水平;加快钢包周转;优化氧枪参数;实现转炉污水循环利用等方面,对莱钢转炉工序能源介质的现状进行了,分析;论述了降低能源消耗、最大限度循环再利用二次能源、降低生产成本和减少环境污染等情况。Through analyzing the existing condition of energy and dielectric of melting process, to decrease the consumption of energy and dielectric and increase reclaiming energy, some measurements have been adopted, such as gas from converter can be made and use by ourselves and redundant gas connected with pipe network~ increasing the use level of vapour; accelerating the cycle of ladle; optimizing the parameter oxygen lance; circulating and using the polluted water. The results showed that the energy consumption has been decreased, secondary energy sources have been full used, the cost of production has been reduced and the environment pollution has been reduced.
