摘　　要：针对回收物流的经营策略问题,以废旧家电为例,建立多维博弈模型,分析在均衡效益下两个家电生产企业实施废旧家电回收的最优经营策略及其二维博弈情形,并通过算例加以说明。This paper aims to analyze the problem of management strategy of returned logistics. Taking the used household appliances for example, it sets up a multidimensional game model, and further analyzes the optimal management strategies and two - dimensional game of two household appliance manufacturers in the implementation of returned logistics on the basis of the equilibrium effects. It also illustrates this point with a numerical example.
