摘　　要：基于MRW（1992）模型，将企业研发投资分解为自主创新、国外技术引进模仿和国内技术转移，利用中国31个省市自治区1997～2005年的面板数据，实证分析了自主创新和技术模仿对地区经济增长的影响。This paper decomposes R＆D investment into independent innovation, technology imitation and technology transfer using the data of thirty - one provinces during the period 1997 - 2005 based on the MRW（ 1992 ）. It examines how the independent innovation and technology imitation affect regional growth growth domestic model of economic using empirical study. The results shows that domestic technology transfer promotes regional economic , but innovation and imitation have a negative impact on economic growth.
