摘　　要：多年来我国造纸业在重压之下摸索前进,借鉴发达国家在林产业发展的成功经验,促进了林纸一体化工程建设进程,建设布局在全国基本形成。同时伴随着行业发展的宏观政策进一步强化,其影响力将在今后几年逐步释放,本文初步总结了林业和环保两大方面对林纸一体化工程建设的影响。The paper industry in our country has made great progress under the heavy pressure, promoted the course of forest--paper integration project construction through using the successful experience of the forest development of developed countries. The construction distribution has formed in our country. With the strength of macro-policy of industry development, its influence will discharge in a few years. The influence of forest and environmental protection on the forest--paper integration project construction is summarized in this paper.
