摘  要:为了充分利用外引小麦资源进行种质创新,选取20个智利小麦品种和20个黄淮平原小麦品种用SSR标记进行了初步比较研究。结果表明,21个SSR标记在智利小麦品种中共检出94个等位位点,平均等位位点4.48个,品种间平均相似系数为0.8341;在黄淮平原小麦品种上共检测到98个等位位点,平均等位位点4.67个,品种间平均相似系数为0.8284;智利小麦品种与黄淮平原小麦分别有8和12个相对特异位点,携带相对特异位点的品种分别为13和16个。试验结果从分子水平上揭示了两地小麦品种存在遗传差异,为种质创新提供了理论依据。The genetic diversity comparison between 20 commercial wheat cultivars from Chile and 20 from Huang-huai area of China were conducted using a set of 21wheat SSR markers located repectively on 21 wheat chromosomes. In total,94 alleles were detected in 20 Chile wheat cultivars with an average of 4.48 alleles per locus and mean genetic similarity of 0. 834 1. And 98 alleles were detected in 21 wheat cultivars from Huang-huai area with an average of 4.67 alleles per locus and mean genetic similarity of 0. 8284. In addition,8 and 12 region specific alleles were detected at 13 and 16 cultivars from Chile and Huang-huai area,respectively,and the genetic difference of wheat cultivars from two geographical regions were revealed by SSR molecular markers.
