医疗设备故障率与电能质量关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究电能质量对医疗设备故障率的影响。方法对6类共100台分属医院各科室的临床使用率较高的A类设备进行历史性列队跟踪调查,详细记录每台设备每次故障的情况,参照同一时段内电能质量监测的结果进行比较、分析,鉴别、筛选出故障性质归属,取得相关数据。结果受电能质量影响而引发的356次故障中,电源部分的故障次数为159次,控制部分的故障次数为157次,信号通道的故障次数为20次。电力污染导致的电能质量下降,对医疗设备的电源部分和控制部分影响大。结论电力污染使电能质量下降,导致医疗设备故障率增加,对医疗设备的安全运行产生了严重的负面影响,医学工程技术部门对此应高度警惕。Objective To study the relationship between medical equipment failure rate and electric energy quality. Methods From January 2004 to December 2006, a retrospective investigation was carried out on a hundred class A equipments in 6 categories frequently used in different sections of this hospital. The records each failure of every equipment, by referring to the results of electrical energy quality monitoring in the same time period, were compared and analyzed to identify and screen out error property and obtain related data. Results In a total of 356 errors induced by electrical energy quality, 159 were attributed to electric power source, 157 to control unit, and 20 to signal channel. Electric pollution induced deterioration of electrical energy quality, affecting electric power source and control portion of medical equipment. Conclusions Electric pollution impairs electrical energy quality,thereby increaseing failure rate of medical equipment,and affecting the safe performance of medical equipment against which the medical engineering department of hospitel should on their vigilant guard.
