摘  要:铌酸钠钾(KNN)基无铅压电陶瓷是目前世界范围内压电铁电材料研究的热点。要是KNN基无铅压电陶瓷得到实际应用,除需开展材料的配方设计研究外,需要针对铌酸盐压电陶瓷的制备技术开展研究,还需要针对该体系陶瓷完成从实验室的试验研究到企业生产的中试技术研究。本文根据在压电铁电材料与器件生产单位开展KNN基无铅压电陶瓷采用的具体两个配方,结合材料在实验中遇到的相关技术难题,对比传统铅基压电陶瓷材料的制备工艺,对KNN基无铅压电陶瓷的制备技术中各工艺(包括称料、混合、预烧、成型、烧结)开展了比较研究,提出了对相关工艺技术进行改进的建议。Recently potassium-sodium niobium (KNN) based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics became the hotspot of piezo- and ferroelectric researches in the world. It is obvious that more detailed researches, such as material designing and the processing techniques, of niobate piezoelectric ceramics are more important from both research and product points of view. On the basis of the processing problems faced in preparing the piezo- and ferroelec- tric ceramics both in the factory and in the labs, and compared with the processing techniques of conventional Pb based piezoelectric ceramics, the processing techniques, including raw material-weighing, mixing, calcining, molding, and sintering, of KNN based niobate piezoelectric ceramic are studied, and some advices are mentioned in this paper.
