血必净注射液对体外循环期间细胞因子TNF-α和IL-6的影响

摘　　要：目的观察血必净注射液对体外循环(CPB)期间肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法选择30例心脏瓣膜置换术患者,随机分成实验组和对照组(每组15例)。实验组患者于术前晚、CPB前分别予血必净注射液100mL静滴,对照组予生理盐水静滴。于CPB前、CPB 30min、CPB停机、停机后2h、6h、24h采用放射免疫法测定两组血清中TNF-α和IL-6的浓度。结果实验组TNF-α、IL-6血清浓度较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血必净注射液能减少CPB期间TNF-α和IL-6的释放,减轻全身炎性反应的程度。Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing injection on tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α）and interleukin-6（IL-6）during cardiopulmonary bypass（CPB）.Methods Thirty patients undergoing valve replacement were randomly divided into Xuebijing group and control group（15 in each group）.In Xuebijing group,intravenous drip of 100 ml of Xuebijing injection were given at night before operation and before CPB,respectively,while in control group 0.9% NaC1 solution was given as a placebo.Blood samples were taken before CPB,30min after CPB and 0h,2h,6h,24h after the end of CPB.The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were measured by radioimmunoassay method in two groups.Results The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in Xuebijing group were significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The study demonstrated that Xuebijing injection could reduce the release of TNF-α,IL-6 and inhibit systemic inflammatory response syndrome（SIRS） during CPB.
