摘 要:目的探讨建立稳定的大鼠原位肝移植模型的外科手术技巧,为研究肝脏缺血再灌注损伤提供技术支持。方法110只雄性SD大鼠随机配对后分别作为供体和受体,通过改良Kamada"二袖套"法施行大鼠原位肝移植。结果改良Kamada法建立大鼠原位肝移植模型共52例,7d生存率88.5%,7例长期存活大于100d。结论大鼠原位肝移植模型的建立需要极度的耐心和娴熟的手术技巧,模型的建立有助于研究肝脏缺血再灌注损伤,移植免疫及器官保存。Objective To improve the operation technique for orthotopic liver transplantation in rats, and illustrate the hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury in future study.Methods One hundred and ten male SD rat were randomly paired as donor and receptor and were performed with orthotopic liver transplantation by modified Kamada's two cuffs technique.Results As a result, 88.5% of the 52 rats with orthotopic liver transplantation survived more than 7 days and 7 ones survived longer than 100 days. Conclusion Extreme patience and skillful surgical techniques are necessary for rat orthotopic liver transplantation model, which is helpful to the study on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury, transplantation immunity and organ preservation.
