遮荫对半夏块茎鲜重及其内源激素含量的影响

摘　　要：研究了遮荫对半夏块茎生长过程中块茎鲜重的影响,探讨了遮荫条件下内源激素和块茎生长的关系。结果表明:遮荫处理使半夏块茎鲜重、内源GA3I、AA和ZR高于同期对照,而ABA和JA含量低于同期对照。遮荫使生长促进类激素GA3I、AA和ZR与生长抑制类激素ABA和JA的比值(GA3/ABA、IAA/ABA、ZR/ABA、GA3/JAI、AA/JA和ZR/JA)均高于同期对照。说明遮荫能促进GA3I、AA和ZR的合成,抑制ABA和JA的合成,从而促进半夏块茎的生长。Effects of shading treatment on the fresh weight of the tuber and on the relation between the endogenous hormone and the tuber growing were studied. The results showed that compared with the same growth period of control, the fresh weight, endogenous GA3, IAA and ZR contents of shading treatment were higher, ABA and JA contents were lower than that of control. The ratio of growth promoting hormones GA3, IAA and ZR and growth inhibitor＇s ratio of ABA and JA （GA3/ABA, IAA/ABA, ZR/ABA, GA3/JA, IAA/JA and ZR/JA） were higher than that of control. It indicated that shading treatment promoted the synthesis of GA3, IAA and ZR, but inhibited the synthesis of ABA and JA, thus promoted the growth of tuber.
