摘　　要：为了满足企业信息系统的分布环境下工作流管理系统向智能化管理方向发展的需求,并实现分布式工作流与知识管理、人工智能理论与方法的结合,将一种新的人工智能推理方法——CBR(基于事例推理)引入工作流管理系统。在原有工作的基础上,提出了一种基于CBR的分布式工作流系统框架与管理方法,重点探讨了CBR的事例检索策略在分布式工作流系统中的应用方法,最后给出了一个分布式工作流管理的实例,实践证明该方法有利于提高分布式工作流的智能性、灵活性和适应能力。With the development of network technology, enterprise information system is becoming more and more distributed, heterogeneous and autonomous. The development tendency of distributed workflow is closely integrated with the theory and method of knowledge management, decision theory and artificial intelligence, In this paper, the new reasoning method, which is case-based reasoning （CBR）, is introduced into workflow management system. A distributed model and management method of workflow management based on CBR is presented after the summarization of current research situation and tendency of workflow. This paper puts emphasis on the application method of case retrieve strategies for CBR in distributed workflow system. Lastly, a distributed workflow management example is studied deeply. It has been proved by facts that the method is beneficial to improve the intelligence, flexibility and adaptability of distributed workflow.
