摘 要:对淹水过程中烟草叶肉细胞超微结构变化进行了观察。结果表明:随着淹水时间的延长,叶肉细胞中细胞核、叶绿体和线粒体受损害的程度逐渐加重。其主要表现为叶绿体被膜受损,类囊体遭到破坏,细胞核核膜破裂,核质降解,线粒体被膜结构受损,内嵴逐渐解体。The ultrastructural changes in mesophyll cells of submerged tobacco were observed. The results showed that by degrees the injury in cell nucleus, chloroplast and mitochondria in mesophyll cells was gradually increasing with the increasing time on submerged tobacco. The chloroplast membranes were injured and thylakoids were damaged. Nuclear membranes were split and nucleoplasm was degraded. Mito- chondrial membranes were injured and their cristaes were gradually degraded. The results might lay down a plant cell biological foundation for studying the mechanism for tolerance of submerged tobacco.
