摘　　要：SVG作为一种新的网络矢量图形显示与传输标准,能较好地解决WebGIS面临的数据格式多样性、平台相关的Web内容表现和缺乏交互性等问题。提出运用SVG实现基于Web的军事标图系统的构想,介绍用SVG表示军标符号的方法。在研究基于Web的军事标图系统体系结构基础上,给出进行标图的实现方法,并对基于SVG实现地图交互与控制的技术方案进行阐述。As a new standard of vector graphics display and transmit in computer network,SVG plays an＇ increasingly important role in solving the problems such as diversity of data format,representation of web content related platform and scardty of interaction. This article puts forward the idea of implement military plotting system based on web with SVG technology and introduces the method of representing military plotting symbol with SVG. According to the research on the architecture of military plotting system based on web,concrete methods of implement plotting is given, technical proposal for implementing map interaction and control is expatiated.
