超稠油生产井示功图判别及工矿诊断

摘　　要：通过对曙一区杜84兴隆台西断块1 150个实测示功图的综合分析,结合稀油和普通稠油示功图,总结出超稠油抽油机井举升系统中不同部位出故障时的典型示功图,并提出每种示功图应采取的措施。Dynagraphs can reveal the working condition of the downhole pumps.It is used to get the overall picture of the dynamic performance of the field. Dynagraphs can reveal defective working parameters of the pumping units, which helps to find out the reason behind low pumping efficiency. By combining dynagraphs with data like fluid level, reservoir oil supply capacity can also be determined. Therefore, correct analysis of dynagraphs plays an important role in the determination of downhole pump and oil well working conditions.
