摘 要:为研究工艺参数对盒形件法兰起皱临界压边力的影响规律,设计了一套变压边力的盒形件拉深试验装置,该装置具有独特的变压边力控制方式,即压边力与起皱高度成线性关系。通过该装置进行了矩形盒成形试验研究,获得了工艺参数对压边力影响的规律。结果表明:起皱临界压边力随行程增加而增大,随着凹模圆角半径的增大而减小;凸、凹模间隙在一定的范围内对临界压边力影响较小,但当间隙过大时,临界压边力的增加速度明显。In order to investigate the influences of technology parameters on the critical blank holder force of rectangular box flange wrinkling, a deep drawing experiment device of rectangular box with variable blank holder force was designed. The device had an extraordinary controllable mode of variable blank holder force, the relationship of blank holder force and wrinkling height was linear. Using the experiment device, the forming process of rectangular box part was studied, and the influences of technology parameters on the critical blank holder force were obtained. The results show that the critical blank holder force increases with the increasing of punch stroke and decreases with the increasing of round corner radius. The critical blank holder force is not related to clearance between punch and die in a certain range, but when the clearance between punch and die is too large, the increasing ratio of critical blank holder force is distinct.
