摘  要:冷斜轧铜球的关键在于铜坯料在轧制的过程中是否有足够的塑性顺利成形,而温度是影响铜坯料塑性的重要因素之一,可是传统的方法无法测量轧件内部的温度场。本文通过大变形分析软件DEFORM-3D对轧制过程中轧件的温度场进行了模拟分析,得出轧件的连接颈温度高于其它部分,连接颈与轧辊的凸棱顶部接触处温度最高,中心点温度最低,连接颈表面的温度升降交替总体上升,连接颈中心温度开始无变化然后逐渐上升。The key problem for skew rolling copper ball at room temperature is the good plasticity of copper bar, and the temperature of copper is key factor to influence the plasticity of the copper. But the temperature field of the workpiece can not be gotten by common methods. The temperature field of the workpiece was simulated and analysed by DEFORM-3D. It shows that the temperature of the neck is higher than the temperature of the other parts of the workpiece. In the neck, the highest temperature is on the contact point with ridge slope, and the lowest temperature is on the center of the neck. The temperature on the surface of the neck rises and decreases alternately, and the temperature of the center of the neck is constant firstly then rises gradually.
