摘 要:为了探索工艺参数对楔横轧一次楔成形极限断面收缩率的影响规律,进行了实验研究,发现一次楔成形断面收缩率最大可达97.75%。用软件Origin,SPSS对数据进行分析,揭示了极限断面收缩率随成形角α、展宽长度K的增大而减小,随展宽角β的增大而增大的规律,并发现展宽角β对极限断面收缩率的影响最为显著。研究结果拓宽了楔横轧加工界限,为改进楔横轧模具设计提供一定依据。In order to study the relation between the limit-section shrinkage of one wedge in cross wedge rolling and the different mechanical parameters, the experiment under different mechanical parameters was made. During the progress of study, the limit-section shrinkage reached 97.75% without necking wrong. Then by using the software Origin, SPSS to analyze the data, the rules were found. When the forming angle a and the spacing of wedges K increase, the limit-section shrinkage decreases, when the spreading angle β increases, the limit-section shrinkage increases too, and the spreading angle β is the most important mechanical parameter to affect the limit-section shrinkage. The study result widens the limit of the cross wedge rolling, and which also gives a lot of gist to improve the design of mould.
