摘  要:借助NBT-KBT-BT相图,确定该系无铅压电陶瓷准同型相界的范围,用数学式z[(1-x)NBT-xBT]-(1-z)[(1-y)NBT-yKBT]概括该范围内的陶瓷组成。采用传统工艺制备无铅压电陶瓷,利用正交试验设计对x、y、z及预烧温度优化,890℃预烧,得到压电常数d33=144 pC/N、介电损耗tanδ=4.0%、介电常数rε=1 058的0.85NBT-0.144KBT-0.006BT压电陶瓷。XRD分析表明,所研究的组成均能形成钙钛矿结构,随着预烧温度的提高,杂峰减弱,至870℃杂峰逐渐消失。SEM分析表明,压电性能高的样品具有规则的几何外形,晶界明显,晶粒尺寸均匀且排列致密,表面没有空洞。压电性能差的样品晶粒尺寸不均匀,有异常长大的晶粒。The range of morphotropic phase boundary was determined by the phase graph of NBT-KBT-BT system, and the compositions were summarized by mathematics formula: z[( 1 - x) NBT-xBT] ( 1 - z) [-( 1 - y) NBT- yKBT]. The lead free piezoelectric ceramics of NBT-KBT-BT were fabricated by the conventional preparation technique, x, y, z and the presintering temparature were optimized by the orthogonal experimental design, The opti- mum composition of 0.85NBT-0. 144KBT-0. 006BT was obtained at the presintering temparature of 890 ℃, with the piezoelectric constant d33 = 144 pC/N, the dielectric loss tanδ= 4.0% and the dielectric constant εr= 1 058. X- ray diffraction patterns indicate that all ceramics can form perovskite structure. The impurity diffraction peak gradually disappears as the presintering temparature increases. There is no impurity diffraction peak at 870 ℃ SEM observation confirms that the samples with higher piezoelectric properties have regular geometrical appearance, sharp grain boundary, uniform grain size and no hole in the surface while the samples with lower piezoelectric properties have abnormal grains.
