摘　　要：对乙烯基三氯硅烷与乙醇的反应进行了实验和理论(MP2/6-31g(d))的研究.研究表明反应较易进行,主产物为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,主产物的产率与温度及两种反应物的加入方式等有关.理论和实验结果较为吻合.This paper aims to study the alcoholysis of vinyl trichlrosilane through theoretical and experimental method. The research shows that the reaction is easy to proceed. The main product is trithoxylvinylsilane. The rate of main product is related to the temperature and the method of reactants dropping. The results of the calculation are consistent with those of the experiment.
