塔里木河流域叶尔羌高原鳅鱼苗培育初探

摘　　要：本文通过对于塔里木河流域阿拉尔河段叶尔羌高原鳅天然捕捞的鱼苗,进行了为期45d的室内人工培育试验,并就其体重、体长以及成活率,病害等做了一些初步研究。结果显示,在室内人工养殖下,叶尔羌高原鳅鱼苗体重分布范围1-8g之间,体长分布范围2-6 cm,成活率33.3%。期间,有70%鱼苗感染小瓜虫,烂尾病,水霉病,试验中用4%食盐水＋4ppm的福尔马林消毒,效果良好。In this article, the seed we catched the arificial propagation in Alar Section of Tarim River was breeded indoor 45 days, and pilot studying on its weight, length , survival rate and disorder. The result shows that the weight seed ranged between 1 - 8 grams, its body length ranged between 2 -6 centimeters, and its survival rate was 33.3%, under the indoor artificial cultivation. During the experiment, 70% seeds were infected with the small Melon Insect, Tail Rot ,and Water Mildew. So we used 4% Edible salt water plus 4ppm Formalin to disinfect, and the effect was good.
