100例肛门直肠周围脓肿一期根治术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨一期根治术治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿的疗效.方法对100例确诊为肛门直肠周围脓肿的患者采用一期根治的手术方法,并对其作回顾性分析.结果术后伤口经冲洗、坐浴、换药,全部一次治愈,随访0.5a-3a,无复发及肛门失禁、肛门畸形等后遗症,肛门功能正常.结论该术式具有切开、引流同步进行,病人痛苦轻,疗程短,无复发,不影响肛门功能等特点.Objective To analyse the theraputic effect of Primary Incision plus Radical Operation in Perianal abscess. Methods Primary incision plus radical operation was applied in treatment in 100 cases of perianal abscess, and makes the review summary to it. Result After This surgical methord the wound after the flushing, the sitz bath, trades the medicine, the complete cure, follow-up was 0.5 _3 years which no relapse, and incontinence, and anal deformity was found and anal function was normal. Conclusion This surgical methord has the incision, the drainage synchronization carries on, the patient pain is light, the treatment course is short, and it does not have the recrudescence, or affect the anus function.
