煤炭产业循环经济发展模式的探索

摘　　要：循环经济是一种以资源的高效利用和循环利用为核心,以‘减量化、再利用、资源化’为原则,以低消耗、低排放、高效率为基本特征,符合可持续发展理念的经济增长模式,是对‘大量生产、大量消费、大量废弃’的传统增长模式的根本变革。从国外内企业开展循环经济的现状出发,分析了煤炭产业的技术经济特征,对在我国煤炭产业循环经济发展模式方面作出的有益探索。The circulat/on economy is one kind take the resources highly effective use and the circulation use as a core, ＇reduces the quantification take, again to use, converting into resources ＇as the principle, take the low constanption, the low emissions, the high efficiency as the essential feature, conforms to the sustainable development idea economic growth pattern, is to the＇mass productions, the heavy consumptions, abandons massively＇ traditional growth pattern radical transformation. The enterprise developed the circulation economy from overseas the present situation to embark, has analyzed the coal industry technical economy characteristic, to beneficial exploration which made in our country coal business cycle economic development pattern aspect.
