摘  要:用HAKK雾化仪研究了汽车内饰革雾化性能测试过程中的影响因素。结果表明:样品的前处理温度、取样顺序、取样部位、试样的放置方法和压环的放置与否等因素,对雾化值的影响显著。前处理温度高,试样的雾化值大;雾化性能测试过程中白湿皮、蓝湿革、坯革和成品革的面积收缩率相差较大,分别为27.75%、16.73%、9.75%和4.94%,先取样后干燥的雾化值小于干燥后再取样所测的雾化值;试样组织结构疏松、肉面向上的雾化值高;放置压环的雾化值高于未放压环的雾化值。The influencing factors of fogging property of interior trim leather of car in the process of testing were studied by Thermo HAKK Fogging - Tester. The results show that the influence of the following factors on fogging value were very evident : pretreatment temperature of sample, the order and part of sampling, the method of placed sample, and placed or no steel spring on sample. The fogging value rise as pretreatment temperature of sample increase. The constriction rates of wet white leather, wet blue, crust and finished leather are 27.75% ,16.73% ,9.75% and 4. 94% respectively. And the fogging value of sampling after drying is bigger than that of drying after sampling. The fogging value of the loosen structure and the flesh side upwards of the test pieces is bigger than that of tight structure and downwards. The value with stainless ring placed on sample is higher than that of without.
