摘 要:在涂层中添加缓蚀剂以改进硅烷锌铝涂层的防腐性能,研究了三种环保型缓蚀剂的影响,结果表明,缓蚀剂的加入改善了涂层的防腐性能,极化曲线结果显示,缓蚀剂主要是降低了涂层中锌铝粉的腐蚀电流,从而延缓了金属粉的消耗.通过对三种不同的缓蚀剂的对比研究发现,磷钼酸盐的缓蚀率高于氯化铈及钼酸盐.The inhibition effect of three different inhibitors in silane coating with Zn-Al flakes in 3.5% NaCl solution were studied based on potentiodynamic polarization method. The experimental results indicated that, the addition of inhibitors can improve the protection performance of the coating, lower the consumption of the Zn-Al flakes used for the coating. The inhibition efficiency(η) can characterize the inhibition performance of the inhibitor, and the results indicated that among the three inhibitors the molybdophosphate is the best, while the effect of cerium chloride is better than that of sodium molybdate.
