摘 要:以HEDP和钼酸盐为主要成分配制了适用于近中性油田产出水中的缓蚀剂HG1、HG2.利用失重法、Tafel极化曲线和线性极化技术对HG1、HG2及商用缓蚀剂EC的缓蚀性能进行了评价.探讨了利用线性极化电阻倒数的时间积分对缓蚀剂进行评价的可能性.结果表明:HG1和EC在模拟中性油田产出水中具有良好的缓蚀性能;用线性极化电阻倒数的时间积分值评价缓蚀剂性能的结果与失重实验的结果一致.The inhibition effect of corrosion inhibitors such as EC, HG1 and HG2 in an artificially synthesized oilfield production water (pH = 7.7 ) was studied by using weight loss method, Tafel polarization curve and linear polarization technology. The applicability of using time integral of the reciprocal of linear polarization resistance for evaluating corrosion inhibitors was also discussed. Experimental results show that the corrosion inhibitors, HG1 and EC, were effective in the test solutions, and the evaluation result obtained by using the integral of the reciprocal of linear polarization resistance was consistent with that obtained by weight loss method.
