温针灸对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛指数与P物质的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究温针灸对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛指数与外周血浆中P物质含量的影响。方法:90例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组、治疗A组、治疗B组各30例,分别采用腰椎牵引(对照组)、腰椎牵引加推拿治疗(治疗A组)、腰锥牵引温针灸加推拿治疗(治疗B组)2个疗程,观察治疗前后疼痛指数及外周血浆中P物质含量的变化。结果:3组治疗均有效,治疗前后疼痛指数、外周血浆中P物质的含量治疗A组、B组效果均优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗B组效果优于治疗A组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿手法均有一定的镇痛效果,温针灸具有较好的镇痛作用。温针灸的镇痛作用可能通过调节外周血浆中P物质的含量,改善机体的炎症和免疫反应能力来实现的。Objective： To study the effect of warm needling moxibustion on pain index and the level of substance P in peripheral blood plasma in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion（LIDP）.Methods： Ninety patients with LIDP were randomly divided into control group,treatment group A and B,with 30 cases in each group.The treatments were as follows： lumbar traction for control group,lumbar traction plus acupuncture for treatment group A and lumbar traction plus massage for treatment group B for 2 courses of treatment.Pain index and peripheral blood plasma level of substance P were measured before and after the treatment.Results： Effective results were got in all 3 groups.As for pain index and the level of substance P,there were significant differences between control group and treatment group（P〈0.01） and also between treatment group A and group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Massage and warm possess some analgesic effect.The analgesic effect of warm needling moxibustion might be realized through regulating the level of substance P in peripheral blood plasma and improve the body＇s inflammatory and immune response capacity.
