摘  要:选取野外采回的芒苞草种子为材料,研究无菌水和不同状态MS培养基以及不同激素种类和浓度对芒苞草种子萌发的影响,并初步探讨了芒苞草幼苗的生长情况.结果表明:经4℃的低温春化处理2mo后,播种在无菌水中的芒苞草种子萌发率可达95%,比同样条件下MS液体(25.1%)和固体(10.4%)培养基中的萌发率高;在有关激素影响的实验中,无菌水中6-BA和GA3对种子萌发没有促进作用,液体MS培养基中的1.0mg/LGA3明显促进种子萌发,而固体MS培养基中0.5mg/L6-BA对种子萌发的促进作用较明显,1.0mg/L6-BA有利于丛生芽的诱导.将无菌水和液体MS培养基中已发芽的芒苞草种子转移至固体MS培养基中培养可长成小植株.Seeds ofAcanthochlamys bracteata were applied to detect the effects of sterile water, liquid and solid MS media, and different kinds and concentrations of hormone on germination rate, and growth of seedlings was also studied. The results showed that the germination rate by seeds ofA. bracteata cultured in sterile water could reach 95% after jarovization for 2 months at 4℃, much higher than those in liquid (25.1%) and solid (10.4%) MS media; 6-BA and GA3 could not promote the seed germination in sterile water, but 1.0 mg/L GA3 could hasten the germination rate in liquid MS medium and 0.5 mg/L 6-BA could promote the rate in solid MS medium as well. Furthermore, in solid MS medium fasciculate seedlings could be observed after 3 months, and in solid MS medium with 1.0 mg/L 6-BA the fasciculate seedlings were more than those with 0.5 mg/L 6-BA. The germinated seeds of A. bracteata in sterile water and liquid MS medium were transplanted into solid MS medium, and buds could grow up into seedlings after 3 months in the media with hormone at different concentrations.
