摘  要:采用饱和浸渍法对负载于氧化铝载体上Pd-Pt双金属催化剂的活性组分非均匀分布进行了制备研究。结果表明浸渍液pH值、浸渍液浓度与浸渍时间、竞争吸附剂以及干燥条件等不同制备参数对于活性组分在载体中的非均匀分布存在影响。其中浸渍液pH值愈高,金属愈容易在载体表面富集,形成蛋壳型分布,且其壳层厚度愈薄;添加竞争吸附剂,可得到Pd或Pt在载体中呈蛋壳型、蛋白型、蛋黄型或均匀型几种不同均匀分布构造。Preparation studies about non-uniformity distribution of active component were performed on Pd-Pt double metal catalysts which supported on alumina by dry impregnation method. The results showed that effect exists of different preparation parameters which included pH value of impregnation solution,concentration of impregnation solution and impregnation time, competition sorbent and dryness condition on non-uniformity distribution of active component in support. Active component was easier enrichment to the surface of support and egg-shell distribution formed with the thickness of egg-shell more thinly under higher pH value of impregnation solution. Un-der the function of competition sorbent, different distributions of active component were gained such as egg -shell distribution, egg-white distribution, egg-yolk distribution and uniformity distribution.
