摘 要:用实验方法探索了硫化铁在自然氧化进程中SO2气体的释放规律。实验结果表明:硫化铁在氧化过程中,SO2气体析出量由缓慢增加至急剧增加;SO2气体析出速度由快到慢依次为:Fe3O4的硫化产物、Fe2O3的硫化产物、Fe(OH)3的硫化产物。SO2气体可以作为自燃预测的表征性标志气体,通过检测硫化铁周围环境中SO2气体浓度变化,即可对硫化铁的自燃程度进行判断。温度也是油罐自燃的判据之一。Through experiments, the paper explores the rules that SO2 is released during the oxidation process of sulphurated iron. The results of experiments shows: during the oxidation process of sulphurated iron, the concentration of SO2 varies, it increases slowly at the beginning of the oxidation process,and then increases suddenly. Released SO2 rate from sulphurated Fe3O4 is the fastest, then sulphurated Fe2O3,the slowest is sulphurated Fe ( OH )3. The concentration of SO2 could be consider as the character of spontaneous combustion of sulphurated iron. The oxidation extent of sulphurated iron could be judged by the variation of the concentration of SO2 in surroundings of it. Temperature is another parameter of forecasting spontaneous combustion of oil tank.
