摘　　要：在汉代忠孝文化的形成过程中,韩非起到了重要的作用。他明确提出了忠、孝之间的冲突,并试图以忠统孝,以忠为孝,使孝道服务于专制政治。汉代在韩非理论的基础上,重新梳理了忠孝关系,从理论和实践两个方面解决了忠孝间的矛盾,移孝作忠,开创了以孝治国的历史文化传统。Han Fei plays an important role in formation process of loyalty and filial piety in Han Dynasty. He points out the conflicts and tries to solve the relationship of loyalty and filial piety that filial piety is in command by loyalty and serves to the autocratic ruling. The relationship of loyalty and filial piety are hackled anew and solved from theory and practice in Han Dynasty based on the theory of Han Fei. The system of filial piety in Han Dynasty is initiated.
