摘  要:某厂600MW超临界机组采用的小汽机和汽泵,在调试和运行阶段出现汽泵烧瓦事故。对某厂烧瓦事故进行了详细的描述,并对引起烧瓦的原因进行了详细研究和分析,提出了避免烧瓦的处理措施,为采用同类型汽泵组的机组安全运行提供了理论依据和可参考的实用依据。Tbe steam feed pump system of 600MW supercritical unit uses minitype steam turbine manufactured by DFSTW (DongFang Steam Turbine Works) and steam feed pump manufactured by SPEMP (Shanghai Power Equipment Manufacturing Plant), and the bearing bush burnout cause take places during debugging and operation process. This article describes the bearing bush burnout cause in details, and the study and analysis focus on the reason of bearing bush burnout, and the avoiding bearing bush burnout methods are presented, it benefits for steam feed pump system safe operation and presents practical reference examples for using the same steam feed pump system type.
