摘 要:利用高能微弧沉积技术在汽轮机叶片材料2Cr13钢上沉积1Cr19N i9不锈钢,对基体材料和沉积层的结合界面的显微组织、成分和硬度进行了分析研究。结果表明,沉积层和基材之间发生了Cr、Mn、Fe、N i元素扩散,且各元素的浓度呈梯度变化,沉积层和基体材料的结合为冶金结合,结合界面致密。从基体到沉积层的硬度值逐渐过渡,提高了沉积层与基体的结合强度。本研究成果为汽轮机叶片裂纹和微缺陷的修复以及表面强化提供了理论依据。Deposition Cr-Ni alloy on 2Cr13 alloy surface by high-energy micro-arc process was performed . The microstructure, alloy component and hardness of interface between the substrate material and deposition material were studied. The results indicate that there are diffusions of Cr,Mn, Fe, Ni elements between deposition and substrate, and the concentrations of alloy elements change gradationally. There is formed favorable metallurgy bonding between the deposition and substrate. The hardness value from substrate to deposition is proper transition, which improve the bonding strength. The research resuits are valuable in the repairing crack and small defect, and surface strengthening of steam turbine blades.
