摘  要:研究了磷含量对汽轮机转子钢(30Cr2MoV)力学性能的影响。结果表明,磷含量在低于0.063%时,随着磷含量由0.045%(质量分数)增加到0.063%,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度分别提高了100MPa;在高于0.063%时,随着磷含量的增加,对抗拉强度影响不明显,使屈服强度有所降低。断口形貌转变温度(FATT50)随磷含量的增加显著提高,其提高幅度随磷含量的增加而减少。这些结果可以由磷在铁素体中的固溶限理论和平衡偏聚热力学理论给予合理的解释。The effects of phosphorus on the mechanical properties of steam turbine rotor steel (30Cr2MoV) were investigated. An increase in phosphorus content from 0. 045% to 0. 063% increases the fracture strength and yield strength by about 100MPa. In the range of more than 0.063% , an increase in phosphorus decreases yield strength, but exerts almost no effect on the fracture strength. With an increase of phosphorus content, fracture appearance transition temperature (FATT50) increases markedly, but the increase scope decreases. These were discussed based on the solid solution limit of phosphorus in ferrite and thermodynamics of equilibrium segregation.
