摘　　要：高校学报的主要职责是连续、集中、全面地反映高校的教学科研成果、展示高校的学术水平、塑造学校形象、培养学术人才,是学校建设的重要组成部分。学报应融入到学校发展的主流,进一步促进教学科研的发展。The main function of college journals is to continually, collectively and comprehensively demonstrate university and college＇s teaching and research achievements, academic levels, mould university and college＇s image, cultivate academic personnel, which is important part of university and college building. Therefore journal should merge into the mainstream of university and college development, further promote the development of teaching and science research.
