摘 要:研究了聚乙烯胺(PVAm)对瓦楞原纸AKD中性施胶增效和纸张增强的作用。结果表明,当聚乙烯胺加入量为0.1%(相对绝干浆)时,手抄片的施胶度比加入量为1%的阳离子淀粉要高,达到了11.8s;聚乙烯胺加入量为0.3%时,对纸张的增强效果与阳离子淀粉加入量为1%时基本相同,纸张的环压指数和裂断长分别提高10%和13%;加入量为0.5%时,纸张的环压指数和裂断长分别提高15%和22%。此外,聚乙烯胺的加入使浆料滤液的浊度和阳离子需求量下降,当加入量为0.6%时,浊度降低95%左右,阳离子需求量下降了80%左右。PVAm was used as the enhancing agent of AKD size and the strengthening agent of the paper. When the dosage of the PVAm was 0.1% (on OD pulp), the sizing degree of the handsheet was 11.8s which was better than 7.8s when 1% dosage cationic starch was used;When the dosage of PVAm was 0.5%, the sizing degree of the handsheet was higher at 72.8s, and at the same time, the strength of the hand sheets was improved: the ring crush compression index (RTI) increased by15% and the breaking length increased by 22%. when the dosage of PVAm was 0.6%, the cationic demand of the pulp filtrate decreased by 80 %, and the turbidity decreased by 95 %.
