摘  要:将磷酸及磷酸/辅助剂加入至沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)填料悬浮液中,对填料进行改性处理,探讨了改性剂对PCC的溶解抑制作用。实验结果表明,改性剂磷酸、磷酸/六偏磷酸钠、磷酸/乙二胺四乙酸二钠、磷酸/硫酸铝及磷酸/氯化铝均具有一定的溶解抑制作用,改性填料悬浮液的pH值均有所下降;稀释改性填料悬浮液,悬浮液pH值随稀释倍数的增加而不断上升,其中磷酸/六偏磷酸钠改性填料悬浮液的pH值最低;改性后的填料在pH值为4.50和5.00的稀盐酸溶液、4.50和5.00的硫酸铝溶液、5.85的蒸馏水及7.26的自来水中的溶解性均有所降低,其中磷酸/六偏磷酸钠的溶解抑制作用最为显著,磷酸及六偏磷酸钠的较适宜用量分别为4%和1%。Phosphoric acid and phosphoric acid/cofactor were used in the dissolution-inhibiting modification of papermaking grade precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) filler, and the dissolution-inhibiting effects of the inhibitors were studied. The results showed that, phosphoric acid, phosphoric acid/sodium hexametaphosphate, phosphoric acid/disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, phosphoric acid/aluminum sulfate and phosphoric acid/aluminum chloride are all effective in dissolution-inhibiting of PCC, and the pH values of filler suspensions consistently decrease to a certain degree after the filler is modified. When diluted, the pH of modified PCC suspensions increases with the filler concentration decreasing, however, the pH of phosphoric acid/sodium hexametaphosphate modified PCC suspension is still very low. Also, after modification, filler dissolution in distilled water with pH 5.85, diluted hydrochloric chloride solutions with pH 4.50 and pH 5.00, diluted alum solutions with pH 4.50 and pH 5.00, and tap water with pH 7.26, decreases markedly. Phosphoric acid/sodium hexametaphosphate is proved to be more effective in dissolution-inhibiting of PCC compared with other inhibitors, and the suitable dosages of phosphoric acid and sodium hexametaphosphate are 4% and 1% respectively, based on the dry weight of PCC. The modification of papermaking grade PCC filler with phosphoric acid/sodium hexametaphosphate is simple and industrially viable, which may make the PCC suitable for the use in the production, where pseudo-neutral or neutral papermaking is necessary.
