Number of P-dissolving Bacteria in Main Type Soils of Shandong Province and Its Correlation with Soil P-Supplying Properties

摘  要:山东省3种土类相比,褐土的解无机磷细菌数量最多,平均为1.610×106个/g,其次是潮土和棕壤,3种土类高产田平均为1.472×106个/g,大于中低产田;而3种土类的解有机磷细菌数量潮土最多,平均为2.564×106个/g,其次是褐土和棕壤,3种土类高产田平均为2.603×106个/g,大于中低产田;但差异均不显著。同一土类和同一个产量水平比较,不仅解有机磷细菌的数量高于解无机磷细菌数量,而且解有机磷细菌与有效磷和缓效磷含量相关系数均大于解无机磷细菌数量与有效磷和缓效磷含量的相关系数。比较3种土类和2个产量水平,除个别试验误差外,解有机磷细菌数量分别与供磷强度、有效磷和缓效磷含量呈正相关;而解无机磷细菌只在棕壤中与缓效磷、在潮土中与供磷强度和有效磷呈正相关。通过对山东省3种土类和2个产量水平的解磷细菌及其与供磷特性的相关性分析,探讨了解磷细菌提高土壤磷素有效性的途径,为利用解磷细菌改善土壤供磷状况提供科学依据。Three types of soil in Shandong Province were compared. The results showed that the average number of Pi - dissolving bacteria was 1. 610 × 10^6 individual per gram in cinnamon soil being larger than that in cultivated meadow and brown earth, while the average number of soil Po - dissolving bacteria in cultivated meadow was 2. 564 × 10^6 individual per gram being larger than that in cinnamon soil and brown earth ; the average number of Pi - and Po - dissolving bacteria were 1. 472 × 10^6 and 2. 603 × 10^6 individual per gram respectively in the high - yielding field which were larger than that in the middle - and low - yielding fields. But the differences were not significant. Compared in the same soil or yield type, not only the number of Po - dissolving bacteria was significantly larger than that of Pi - dissolving bacteria, but also the correlation coefficients between the number of Po - dissolving bacteria and the contents of available P and slow releasing P were larger than those of Pi - dissolving bacteria. Both the correlation coefficients between the number of Po - dissolving bacteria and the P - supplying intensity, the contents of available P and slow releasing P were positive in the 3 soil and 2 yield types, but the number of Pi - dissolving bacteria was only positively correlated with the content of slow releasing P in brown earth and with P - supplying intensity and available P content in cultivated meadow.
