摘  要:针对三缸单作用往复式钻井泵泵阀振动信号成分复杂和相互干扰的特点,研究了往复泵泵阀故障诊断前从多信源振动信号中分离提取泵阀冲击信号的方法,包括有时标信号时泵阀冲击信号的分离提取方法和无时标信号时泵阀冲击信号的分离提取方法,实现了泵阀振动信号的预处理。对两种方法提取的泵阀冲击信号进行小波包分频带能量值计算,计算结果表明,这两种方法均能有效地消除目标泵阀振动信号中混杂的其他泵阀振动分量,达到相同的效果,从而使后续分析中得到的监测诊断信息的准确性和可靠性得到保障。According to the complicated constituents and mutual interference characteristics of vibration signal of valve in triplex single role reciprocating pump, the separation and extraction of valve impact signal from multi-source vibration signals were studied to preprocess the vibration signal for fault diagnosis of reciprocating pump valves. The methods of signal seperation and extration were proposed in two different cases respectively: when the time-impulse signal is available or unavailable. The wavelet packet energy-band values were calculated on the extracted valve impact signals with both extraction methods. The results show that these two methods both can effectively eliminate the vibration signal components of other valves, mixed in the vibration signals of goal valve. They can achieve the same effect, and make the monitoring and diagnostic information in the following analysis more accurate and reliable.
