摘　　要：目的建立妊娠高血压综合征预测性诊断指标及初步临床应用。方法60名妊娠高血压综合征孕妇与50名正常妊娠孕妇测定β-HCG、MAP、URIC、UPRO、ALT、PLT。并观察β-HCG的动态变化。结果重度子痫前期孕妇妊娠高血压综合征预测性诊断指标明显异常(P<0.001)。结论妊娠高血压综合征预测性诊断指标可作为重度子痫前期孕妇的预测性诊断方法。Objective To establish a indices of prospective diagnosis for pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome and its preliminary clinical application. Methods 60 pregna women with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were matched with 50 normal pregnant women to measuringβ-HCG,MAP,URIC,UPRO,ALT and PLT,and observing dynamic alteration of β-HCG. Results The indices of prospective diagnosis for pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were significantly abnonnity in severe preeclampsia （P 〈 0. 001）. Conchrsion The indices of prospective diagnosis for pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were suitable for prospective diagnosis in severe preeclampsia.
