摘　　要：目的分析2005-2007年我院住院麻疹患者的流行特征及实验室检查的特点,探讨其预防措施。方法对523例住院麻疹患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果523例住院麻疹患者中,男359例,女164例,男女比例为2.19∶1,以8月龄-3岁发病率较高;以农村人口及流动人口为主,占79.35%;8月龄以上、符合麻疹计划免疫接种条件的430例中,接种疫苗者占12.33%,未接种者占69.30%;发病季节以1-6月份452例为多见,占86.42%,5月份最高,为148例。结论麻疹发病以农村和流动人口为主,免疫接种率低。应加强流动儿童麻疹疫苗的接种并保证免疫接种有效率,及时进行复种,在流行前期强化应急接种,为保护易感人群,适当提前初免的月龄,建议加强成人麻疹免疫抗体水平的监测,育龄妇女应列为强化免疫和监测的重点人群。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristic and laboratory features of hospitalized cases with measles during 3 years,and to investigate preventive measures.Methods The data were collected and retrospectively analyzed in 523 hospitalized measles cases during 2005 - 20T/.Results Among the total of 523 measles cases,there are 359 males and 164 females.proportion of male and female was 2.19： 1, The highest incidence rate was between 8 months and 3 years old; cases were mostly rural population or floating pepulation, accounting for79.35% ;In 430 cases who were over 8 months,the rate of measles vaccination was only 12.33 %, rate of unvaccinated cases were 69.30% ;Measles mainly occurred from January to June（452eases）, accounting for 86. 42% ） ,especially in May（ 148 cases）. Condusion Measles mosdy occurred in the rural or floating population. The rate of the vaccination was low in those groups. The supervision of measles vaccination for the rural and floating population should be reinforced, And to ensure that immunity ineculation be carried out effectively, as well as redo it in time, including emergency inoculation at prophase of prevalence;to protect susceptible population, pre-vaccination can be carried out in infancy. The level of measles antibody should be monitored. Reproductive women should be more attended for vaccination and monitoring.
