数控加工图形轮廓与曲面的数学处理

摘　　要：介绍了直线轮廓的图形处理及球头铣刀在精加工曲面时的数值处理方法,为数控编程时一些特殊情况的数据处理以及行距和步长的确定提供了正确的理论推算方法。Some graphics processing on linear contours and some numerical treatment in surface finish with ball-end milling were presented. Some proper theoretical methods were proposed to do some numerical treatment in some special circumstances in NC programming and for selection of pace length and row distance.
