摘  要:介绍了矿用锚索拉伸冲击试验系统的结构,分析了液压系统的工作原理和特点;并利用AMESim软件,建立了锚索动态冲击试验系统仿真模型,利用该仿真模型对系统的性能进行了仿真研究,表明采用蓄能器、插装阀和液压缸为主要元件的锚索动态冲击试验系统可以实现高速和高冲击力对系统的要求,动态性能指标完全符合设计要求。The structure of mine anchor tensile shock experimental system was introduced, and the working principle and characteristic of hydraulic systems were analyzed. The simulation model for dynamic impact experimental system of anchor rope was established by using the AMESim software. With the simulation model, the simulation research of the system performance was conducted. The result indicates that the anchor rope dynamic chock experimental system using the accumulator, the cartridge inserted valve and the hydraulic cylinder as key elements may realize high speed and high impulse to system request. The dynamic performance index meets the design requirements completely.
