支气管结核介入治疗的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察纤维支气管镜介入在支气管结核治疗中的有效性和安全性。方法:52例确诊为支气管结核病人采用随机方式分为治疗组(n=26例)和对照组(n=26例),两组抗结核方案均为2HRZE/4HRE。治疗组实施介入治疗。结果:3个月后治疗组痰菌阴转率和肺不张治愈率均为100%,复查病变支气管总有效率80.8%,明显高于对照组。结论:应用纤维支气管镜对支气管结核病人进行介入治疗是一种安全、有效的方法。Objective：To observe and study the efficecy and safety of interventional therapy for endobronchial tuberculosis.Method：Fifty-two cases with endobronchial tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups-the therapeutic group（group A 26 cases） and the control group（group B 26 cases）.Both groups were treated with 2HRZE/4HR.Group A was treated with interventional therapy.Results： After 3 months of treatment,the therapeutic group showed both the sputum negative rate and the cure rate of pulmonary atelectasis were 100%,The improvement rate of lesions was 80.8%,All of which higher than that of control group.Conclusion： Treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis with bronchoscopy-assisted interventional therapy is a safe and effective method.
