摘　　要：结合工程项目背景,预先设置基坑观测点,根据工程施工进展及时进行基坑水平位移监测。通过监测数据进行科学分析,有效进行基坑施工安全预警并制定处理措施,保证深基础工程施工安全和工程建设。An observation point for foundation pit was established in advance based on the background of the engineering project. Then according to the progress of project construction, the horizontal displacement monitoring for foundation pit was carried out in time. Safety forewarning for foundation construction was made and effective measures were taken by the scientific analysis of monitor data, so as to guarantee the construction security of deep foundation project and the engineering construction.
