摘 要:基于DSP对蓄电池在线监测系统的软、硬件设计与开发进行了详细论述,主要包括主控制器、MSP430分控制器、内阻测试模块、共模电压测量模块等硬件模块的设计,以及主、分控制器软件的设计思想、结构流程的设计;并提出了采用锁相放大技术实现内阻在线测量的方法,提高系统测量准确性的和抗干扰能力。通过对现场测试和数据分析,结合电池的电化学特性,取得了较好的现场使用效果。Development and design of software and hardware are discussed in detail based on DSP on-line monitoring system for the VRLA battery, including designs of main controller, MSP430-controller, internal resistance testing module, common mode voltage testing module and other hardware module, as well as the design thought of software and design of structure technological process. And also it provides the practical means for testing the impedance of battery by using phase lock-in amplifying circuit, improving the accuracy and anti disturbance ability when testing on line. Good effects could be obtained by making good use of the electrochemistry characteristics of VRLA battery on the scene by on-site testing and data analysis.
